Founder & Chairman GOS Indoraya Group
Built a career as a professional in the financial institution for 12 years, started as an officer at a big international bank, and eventually reached a senior management position at a well-known financial institution within a large corporation in Indonesia.
With a solid track record, he has successfully managed extensive workforce needs in service areas such as customer service and sales marketing, involving more than 10,000 agents serving over 1,000 clients in the retail sector.
“His awareness of the global business landscape needs and the opportunities arising from the imbalance between the availability of productive workforces and industry demands, combined with his passion for people development, motivated him to embark on an entrepreneurial journey in 1994. Since then, he has successfully expanded workforces from 20 individuals in 1994 to over 10,000 by the end of 2023, supported by solid business lines operating across the country.
